Chair of Software and System Security

Welcome to the websites of the chair of Software and System Security.

The chair is placed in the department of computer science at the Technische Universität München.
Head of the chair is Prof. Dr. Boenisch.

The chair conducts research of new concepts, methods and technologies to increase security and trustworthiness of IT-based systems and applications. Research highlights encompass the development and testing of trustworthy and embedded platforms, the development of enhanced malware detection techniques with machine learning methods, the design and verification of new security protocols and security engineering.

The chair is closely collaborating with the Fraunhofer Institute for Applied and Integrated Security in Munich.
